Return Policy

Returns must be made within 7 days after received orders. We will offer 100% refund only if products which are defected, or sent by mistake. Such as quality issues, color.style/model error.(Perceived color difference due to the display setting of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.)
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, color/style/model error must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem .We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.
Items should be shipped with a return/exchange tag attached with the following information:
  (1) Your Order Number
  (2) Product Code/Product Name
  (3) Details of the reason for your return
 

Cancellation Policy

Many orders can be cancelled at no charge up until shipment. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email entitled "Shipment Notification for order#XXXXXXX." Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns.

The processing time to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse it takes 2-4 days.

Shippment time:

1. We ship worldwide,offer standard EMS express service /Post and expedited express service including DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT and 100% door to door shipment.
2.With EMS ,DHLservice It takes about 5-7 business days to ship to major countries like USA,Canada,Western Europe,Australia and so on,however,the delivery time is not guaranteed because transit time is highly depended and provided by Postal Service ( except weekends and holidays).
3. We will ship order via China post airmail ,Expect delivery time 15--20 days.
4. We will send out items within 24 hours and give you the tracking numbers.
